Clinical

Clinical consultation is provided by Clinical Psychological Associate Mary Champagne, M.A., Board Certified Behaviour Analyst and a regulated health practitioner. She meets with staff weekly to develop and monitor individual behaviour support plans that address treatment goals.

Intervention is delivered from a cognitive-behavioural orientation and individual sessions and assessment may be offered. Genesis also accesses clinical input from community psychiatrists and physicians to ensure a multi-disciplinary approach to meeting treatment needs.

Clinician Profile

Mary Champagne is a registered member of the College of Psychologists of Ontario and the Behavior Analysis Certification Board. She provides consultation and therapy services to individuals and families living with neurodevelopmental disorders, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. She has been working with individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders, executive functioning problems, intellectual deficit disorder, and behavioural exceptionalities for over 25 years in a variety of different settings. She has worked with residential treatment teams in some capacity for thirty years.
